there is a lot missing, not just something. this build is pretty bad, why would you want to use an Axe and an Axe elite at that, on an Elementalist primary? also how do you expect to use all these energy intensive skills with only GoLE as your energy management? not to mention that without Conjure Flame using a Firey weapon is worthless.

a little advise for you, if you wish to play Axe get yourself a Warrior, if you wish to nuke continue using the Elementalist, and use more ranged nukes like [searing heat][savannah heat][searing flames][fireball][liquid flame] instead of PBAoE(point blank area of effect) that you're using, [inferno][lava font]
also if you do continue with a Fire Elementalist get yourself [fire attunement] it's a must to keep your energy going.

the firey wep is and axe elite was for aoe melee attacks to spread burning i admit i should have put conjure flame in but i fogot when building now swaped out triplechop for double dragon ,lava font for flame djinn's haste GOLE for fire attuenment and penetrating chop for conjure flame

[cyclone axe] [double dragon][flame djinn's haste][inferno][mark of rodgort][conjure flame][fire attunement] [resurrection signet]

any better ( works better than before ) or am i just barking up the wrong tree trying to make a kind of battlemage since i know i cant be warrior primary cause of lack of enegry

ele DO NOT have the armor to front-line without severe earth magic skills...cyclone axe is as bad as the mo/w using furious axe in AB

the build itself is better although if your playing ele and want to do damage your better off as e/mo or e/rt for hard rez inplace of rez signet...with skills like liquid flame and savannah heat instead of PBAoE like inferno and double dragon which will get you killed fast in good PvE areas or even a "good" area of PvP - although this is non-existant apart from GvG (HA is fail atm)

you improved the build a bit in terms of what you originally tried to accomplish. however you still dont understand that the concept which you're trying to play here is bad. I tried to explain it to you in my first post, read it again please and if you still dont understand than ask me specific questions either here or in PM and I will gladly answer them and help you get better at this game.

Being a primary Warrior.

Leave Melee to the melee professions. You'll find in harder areas of the game this build just doesn't cut it, even if it does "work" at the moment.

its the mellee ele thing right i take it any build that puts an ele in front lines =bad well there goes the battlemage idea

well, if you want to build a real tank - but you will not be doing too much damage - then you can go E/W with a bunch of earth skills and just stand there and take the aggro...

ive only tested this build in pvp due to lack of lv 20 ele and i have been reliant on any healer ive found but if i go head on against someone they drop almost instantly gona lv me an ele and test properly but yeah your right i will be such a strain on the monk

Hello

The idea of a battlemage is fun and appealing and maybe once you get leveled up you can satisfy your desire to be in the middle of combat by looking at some of the farming builds/spots on pvxwiki or in the farming section here. For standard play and pvp you're definitely better playing an elementalist in its traditional role.

An example for farming may be to play a Obsidian Flesh / Sliver Armor terra tank and you could just take a +5 Energy sword of +20% enchanting and a shield to give you the effect of a battlemage!

I play the ele pretty much exclusively :-D

Every now and then i just get bored with nuking, but I still want to help guildies, farm titles, or just do something that is not all back/midline work.

Using earth prayers you can put yourself in the front line and take NO damage, but since you AC is still 60 to the AI, they will stick to you like peanut butter on the roof of a dog's mouth.

Now, damage will NEVER be as spectacular as a W or A primary for a frontliner, but this build is somewhat fun to run with when you are bored. BTW, the game is not always about the best way to do something... I like to have fun every once in a while xD

Now, because most of the harder area's of the game have enchantment removal, shut down hexes, and plenty of conditions, you will need a strong hero base to make this work well.

For energy, cover enchantments, ,anti conditions, and damage I run an orders build with splinter weapon and BiP as the elite.

Then just grab some RoJ/healer/prot monks, and you are good to kick it xD

this is just something i came up with out of boredom that does work, all-be-it not as well as a GOOD ele build with a good hero team, but with this build you will most likely survive (unless you run into a boat load of interrupts) and you will end up killing things.

Before factions came out and there was the assassin I used to do something like what the TC did, but with a fiery sword and I had a shield so I was a little harder to kill. I think it went [mark of rodgort] ["victory is mine!"][Hamstring][sever artery][gash][savage slash][bull's strike](or some other tactics crap or a PBAoE hit)with the res sig capping it off. It really did do almost everything an assassin does except teleport. The fire covered the other conditions and Victory made for nice e-management(I think it used to be stronger too). It was hilarious in RA, but it's obsolete now.

I think playing any regular Warrior build (Eg. Shock Axe) will work out to be far more efficient and deadly.
